Facility rental

First Baptist Church of Alhambra has several rooms of various sizes and configurations available for rent by religious organizations and private individuals. For more information, please contact our office manager at henryhschan@gmail.com or 626-570-1511 ext. 28


  • Non-profit groups only are eligible to use the facilities of First Baptist Church of Alhambra. (Educational organizations will be considered.)
  • The date, time and facilities desired should be cleared with the church office at least 60 days before the event to allow for approval by the proper board.
  • A check for the deposit must be received before the date is reserved.
  • A check for the total amount should be in the church office not less than 30 days before the event.
  • By signing this document you are stating that the group you represent will assume the cost of repairing any damage beyond normal wear and the cost of renewing any surface, interior or exterior, which may be defaced by those involved in the event. Such costs will be deducted from the deposit. Any cost above the deposit amount will be your responsibility to pay upon receipt of a bill bearing the name of the individual of organization that has been responsible for the necessary repairs or cleaning. Should there be disagreement, an independent arbitrator who is familiar with the procedure used shall submit the matter to arbitration. Such arbitration shall be accepted as final.

Early/Late Fees: If the facilities are needed for rehearsal(s) or preparation on a separate day, the above per diem rates would apply. $50/hour will be charged for arrival earlier than the hours stated above. Church facilities must be vacated by the agreed upon time or a late fee of $25.00 will be deducted from the refundable deposit for each 15-minute interval beyond the stated time. Any time after 10:00 pm a minimum charge of $200.00 will be added.
